All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days (Tuesdays to Fridays), subject to all ordered items being in stock and available.

For shipping to the United Kingdom we apply two different rates, depending on the total order value. The shipping and packaging costs are all equal for all payment methods.

All orders are placed through this webshop are shipped from the Netherlands under the DDU/DAP Incoterm 20 rule: 

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for the costs of export documents, import duties (EU  UK = 0%) and UK VAT. Under the Delivered At Place (DAP) Incoterm rules, the seller is responsible for delivery of the goods, ready for unloading and at the named place of destination. The seller assumes all risks involved including the unloading.

Shipping costs: 

The shipping costs calculated by us are never just the stamp and the packaging. The products have to be taken out of the warehouse, they have to be packed, an address sticker is printed, the payment has to be processed, etc. Even an order for a single product requires at least 10 minutes of work. The shipping costs are therefore never cost-effective, we always aim to that.


Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. There is no time guarantee for the Wadden Islands, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, Belgium and Luxembourg and other international shipments, as well as on Saturdays, if indicated. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be offered to your neighbors unless you have indicated that this is not desirable. In this case you will receive a card with the phone number of the delivery person in your mailbox from the delivery person. You should contact them for a 2nd delivery appointment.

Shipping method: Perfect Hangingsystems UK has your package delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany by GLS Express and in the rest of Europe by TNT-Express/Fedex. And most packages are sent insured and with signature for receipt.

Track & Trace:

Follow your packages and freight closely online. Always and everywhere. You just need to enter your tracking numbers. You can also track your parcels and freight in real time.

For rails, wires, hooks etc.

2. Then choose the type of rails you are looking for, for e.g. " Wall systems".

3. After this, you can click on the following category, so that you will arrive more quickly, in this way, at your desired article. If you are not entirely sure which product you actually need, then type in a " search word" in the "search-field", at the top right of page.

4. Choose the quantity of the desired article and click on "order". The article is now added to the shopping trolley on the right hand side.

5. Repeat these steps, until you have finished shopping.

Look for products with the search-function:

Fill in the product that you require above right in the "search-field", as specifically as possible. If there are too many results, try to refine your search word. The " search criteria" may consist of more than one word (separated by spaces). You can also search by item number, if you know the exact number.

Changing an order

Always check your order and your details before you complete the order.

An order is processed very quickly due to our logistic systems. Because of this, we are not always able to change an existing order. We advise you to send an email as quickly as possible to

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, then this is only possible, if the order has not yet been processed. We advise you to confirm the cancellation as soon as possible to

If the order has already been processed, then you can ask for a return-number, after receiving the parcel, and so be able to return it to us. You’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

Collecting an order

It is also possible to collect products from us. Our warehouse / store is opened for collection from Tuesday up to and including Friday, from 09.30 - 17.00 hr. You always have to place an order online first and pay for it as well.

Even though we nearly always supply our whole range / assortment from stock, it is better to be assured in this way of actual availability. When ordering, please inform us that you wish to collect your order. You won’t have to pay any delivery costs!
