Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship and when will it arrive ? will send your order on a Tuesday - Friday within 48 hours unless it is not in stock or indicated otherwise. The estimated period of transport is approx. 3 working days.

Your order will be delivered on a Monday - Fridays between 09:00 and 17:00. We ship your order with the Parcelforce/GLS and has no time guarantee. If you are not at home when the delivery will be offered, the package will be left with your neighbors unless you don't want that option and must indicate that when placing the order. You will receive in that case a card with the number of the delivery in your mailbox from the deliveryman. You should contact them as soon as possible for a 2nd delivery appointment.


During the period between the anual Summer holiday, Christmas and New Years we will take 5 working days for all items in stock and 7 working days for products we have in stock to be sent.
For time sensitive orders, contact us. Carrier method is at our discretion.

- All orders are shipped from our facility located in Amersfoort in The Netherlands.
- Shipment Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email address provided with your customer account.

Returns & Replacements

- All orders (product cost - not including shipping charge) are covered by our unconditional 7 day return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, via email at to arrange for pickup return.
- Returned product must be in useable condition including the original packaging for a refund to be issued.
- Original (outgoing) shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
- Any returned, but not authorized returns will not be reimbursed.
- Any authorized return will be subject to a £ 10,00 re-stocking fee

Damaged or Defective Goods
- Customers are expected to inspect all packages and report damages within 7 days of receipt!
- Damaged goods should not be discarded until we have been informed. If damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.
- We will issue a full refund or replace at no charge all damaged product reported within the specified period.
- Defective product is replaced free of charge. However, we reserve the right to inspect defective product before replacing
